Description

BACH HONG SHAN

BACH HONG SHAN is one of Bashtea’s premium black tea lines. Tea is made from young tea buds from ancient Shan Tuyet trees that only grow in mountainous areas over 1000m high, covered with clouds all year round.
🤗It has the typical sweetness of black tea but is lighter. The scent of tea when first poured into the hot pot will be extremely sweet. If the tea is calm, you can still see the light, cool scent lingering behind the top notes like a small symphony with interesting notes.

HOW TO BREW HOT:

Rinse the kettle with boiling water before brewing
Put an amount of tea from 5 – 10 grams into a 150m3 pot;
Boil water and cool to 80 – 90 degrees
Steep the tea for 30 seconds – 1.5 minutes depending on your preference for strong or light tea
Pour out all the tea in the pot. Steam the tea in the pot, let it rest for 1-2 minutes, then continue adding water. 1 kettle can make 8-10 times the amount of water

HOW TO BREW COLD:

Add 5 – 10 grams of Bach Hong Shan into 500 ml of pure water
Put in the refrigerator after 8 hours or 2 hours at normal temperature. You will have 500ml of delicious tea
Cold brewing helps all the nutrients in the tea to be released, the tea has a sweet, grassy aroma, and a sweet aftertaste
