“500-year-old Tea Cake”

This is the tea cake – a type of tea that anyone who owns it cherishes like a precious item, whose value increases with the age of the cake. North Vietnamese tea traders are all tea lovers who invest in tea cakes. Whether it’s old or new tea, the quality of the tea will depend on the expertise of the tea master. With Bashtea’s tea masters, traditional tea-making techniques are preserved and developed. No additives are used to ensure that today’s tea cakes still have the precious essence and original value of the tea cakes used by tea lovers in the past.

Bashtea’s tea cakes are harvested from ancient tea trees that are over 500 years old in the West Hoang Lien Mountains of Ha Giang Province. Each tree can produce only one to two tea cakes. To ensure a unique flavor, each ancient tea tree can provide a different flavor, so each tea cake is only taken from a single tree.

The latest tea cake series was produced on April 16, 2020, and preserved for a year on the high mountain. After a year, on April 1, 2021, the new raw tea was made into cakes, and a month later, it was packaged for shipment.

For customers who have pre-ordered, after the raw tea is released, it will be tasted and evaluated by experts before being stored in special packaging with a moisture-proof and insect-proof layer. The tea cakes will then be shipped to customers with a certificate of origin and quality assurance.
